Order Tracking

Enter your order number and the billing email address you used at checkout to check your order status. Stay updated on your delivery progress and track your Dressaro purchase with ease.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Where to find your order number

Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent after you complete your purchase. If you created an account during checkout, you can also find your order details in your account area.

When tracking becomes available

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send your tracking number by email. If your order was placed recently, tracking information may not be available yet.

Delivery times

After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date they are placed. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team with your order number and we will assist you.
