Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Reasons we accept returns

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is not as described
  • You changed your mind within the return period

Condition of returned items

Items returned due to a change of mind must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and include original packaging where applicable. Items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described will be handled separately.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and reason for the return. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please include photos to help us resolve the issue faster. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our team.

Return shipping costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or was not as described, Dressaro will assist with the return process. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may apply.

Restocking fee

Dressaro does not charge any restocking fee for returns.

Refund timeframe

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, contact us and we will assist with replacement options based on product availability.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped must follow the return process outlined above.
